Greenhalgh Corporate Finance has acted as lead advisor to the Rushcliffe Care Group in the acquisition of a specialist children's care and development provider based in the south of England.
Led by Director Colin Peacock, Greenhalgh Corporate Finance structured, negotiated and led the deal which saw the Loughborough based care provider acquire The Boulters Limited for an undisclosed sum. Lichfield solicitors Keelys provided legal advice and Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets provided the funding for the project. |

A Greenhalgh team have raised over £1,100 for Nottinghamshire Hospice after taking part in their 10 km Moonlight Memory Walk.
They joined over 400 other fundraisers at the event and as you can see from the photographs, the 'Greenhalgh Dazzlers' fully embraced the theme of 'sparkle and shine'. Greenhalgh Manager Gareth Cook is aiming to raise £500 for the British Heart Foundation by taking part in the Exmoor Mountain Bike Marathon on 11 September 2010.
Covering the 100 km course means that Gareth will be spending over 10 hours on his bike.
