First time users
Please read the following notes:
To use Sage 50 Online you must have a Sage Passport for the e-mail address associated with your Sage 50 Online user account.

You must also install some free software on each computer that will use the service. You will be prompted to install this software the first time you access the service. Alternatively, click here to go to the download page.
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or later, you may need to add the following sites to your Local Intranet zone in Internet Options:
https://shs.sage.com
https://subscription.sage.com
https://signin.sage.com
If you have any difficulty using Sage 50 Online you can contact Sage Support on 0845 245 0258 and quote your Sage serial number.
