At Greenhalgh we are only too aware of the worries and uncertainties that new businesses can face and also appreciate that the last thing they need is the added worry of the unknown cost of professional advice. That is why we have introduced the Greenhalgh Fixed Price Agreement for Start-up Businesses.
We agree with our clients, in advance, a fixed price for providing a package of services, tailored to the requirements of new businesses, which we have developed over the many years in which we have been providing advice to business start-ups.
We appreciate that starting a new business is an extremely daunting prospect and our aim is to make the process as easy as possible by providing proactive and relevant advice.
Greenhalgh Fixed Price Agreement for Start-up Businesses - Sole Traders and Partnerships
For an all inclusive fee we will:
- Meet with you in order to discuss your business proposition
- Advise as to the most advantageous legal status for your business, for example sole trader, partnership or limited company
- Liaise with HMRC
- Assist with VAT registration
- Advise on the most appropriate accounting system
- Check your books and records after a three month period and advise as necessary
- Assist with the preparation of your first VAT return
- Check the second VAT return
- Perform initial tax planning
Our price: £480 plus VAT
Greenhalgh Fixed Price Agreement for Limited Companies
- All services as above, plus
- Formation of a limited company to your individual specification, including completion of the statutory books, drafting the relevant minutes, submission of documents to Companies House and obtaining a company seal.
Our price: £780 plus VAT
